TCM acupuncture has been used to treat nausea,
trauma, insomnia, addiction, fatigue, hypertension,
stroke, stress, mental disorders, menstruation
problems, infertility, erectile dysfunction,
hypothyroidism, near-sightedness, hearing problems,
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, tendonitis, TMJ, sciatica,
knee pain, tennis elbow, just to name a few.
Acupuncture is widely accepted for its natural curative
effects, wide range of indications, simple and safe
practice, and low cost. After a recent review of clinical
trials by the World Health Organization (WHO), over
100 diseases and conditions were recommended for
acupuncture treatment. Today, more and more
diseases and conditions are added to the list of
indications for acupuncture.

During her 17 years practicing Therapeutic Massage, Christina completed her 4 year Acupuncture program at The Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Christina incorporates relaxation techniques in with Deep Tissue work, Myofascial release/cupping, Trigger Point Therapy. She also specializes in reflexology & acupressure.

Christina has graduated from College of Acupuncture of Alberta. She has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

Michelle Bruce RMT, graduated from CDI College and is an active member of the Massage Therapist of Alberta Association. She is trained in many areas of massage , but her passions are deep tissue and trigger point therapy. She loves working in collaboration with a Chiropractor as they compliment each other with excellent results for clients. Kimberly graduated from the University of Calgary in 2008, with a Bachelor of Natural Sciences, with concentrations in Chemistry and Biology. She then completed her Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of Alberta.

Having an interest in the outdoors, Kimberly is an avid adventurer who enjoys journeying through the wilderness to explore Alberta’s backcountry. Whether it be spending the day hiking through the greater Kananaskis area, traversing through mountain passes, or staying overnight to camp, Kimberly enjoys taking in the sights and sounds of nature to unwind and recharge. Kimberly has an immense passion for both physical activity and mental wellness and being, believing that both are key hallmarks to promoting health, growth, and recovery.
